Most engagements touch HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, Intercom, Zendesk, Front, Linear, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and custom internal apps. If it has an API or webhook surface, we can usually wire AI into it.
Do you build inside the tool or as a separate dashboard?
Inside the tool whenever the platform allows it — Slack messages, CRM fields, ticket comments, sidebar panels. A separate dashboard is a fallback, not the default, because a tool nobody opens does not save anyone time.
How do you handle errors, audit, and human review?
Every integration ships with logging, retries, and a review queue for cases the model is not confident about. High-stakes actions sit behind an explicit approval step until accuracy is proven on real volume.
